Chief Executive Officer
Yum! Brands, Inc.
David Gibbs became Chief Executive Officer of Yum! Brands on January 1, 2020, and has served as a Director of the Board since November 2019. He reports to the Company’s Non-Executive Chairman. As Yum! Brands CEO, Gibbs leads the Company’s overarching strategies, structure, people development and culture that will drive global growth and sales and profitability at all Yum! franchise businesses worldwide. Yum! functional leaders and global brand division CEOs report to Gibbs. Since joining the Company in 1989, Gibbs has held a variety of leadership roles in all three of Yum!’s brands, including global strategy, finance, general management, operations and real estate. Previously, Gibbs served as Yum! Brands’ President and Chief Operating Officer, where he had global operating leadership of the KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell divisions, with the respective leaders reporting to him. Prior to this, he was President and Chief Financial Officer from 2016 to 2019 and was the chief architect of Yum! Brands’ financial, refranchising and restaurant development strategy to transform the company into a capital-light, pure-play franchisor. He also played a lead role in the 2016 spinoff of Yum China Holdings, Inc. Gibbs also previously served as CEO of the global Pizza Hut Division, and President and CFO of Yum! Restaurants International, responsible for growing KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell outside the U.S. and China, along with having general management responsibility for several international markets. Gibbs also served as Yum! Chief Strategy Officer during which time he revamped Yum! Brands’ global restaurant operations model, as Pizza Hut U.S. CFO and in various real estate and restaurant development leadership roles in KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell. He holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BS in Mathematical Science from Johns Hopkins University.
Chief Financial Officer

Chris Turner serves as Yum! Brands Chief Financial Officer, reporting to the Yum! Brands CEO. In this role, Turner has global responsibility for finance, corporate strategy, supply chain and information technology. Turner joins Yum! Brands from PepsiCo, where he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager leading PepsiCo’s retail and e-commerce businesses with Walmart in the U.S. and more than 25 countries and across PepsiCo’s brands in the beverage, snack and nutrition categories. Prior to leading PepsiCo’s Walmart business, Turner served as Senior Vice President of Transformation for PepsiCo’s Frito-Lay North America business, where he led the optimization of Frito-Lay’s world-class direct-store delivery capability as part of a broader transformation of the end-to-end value chain. Previously, he led the long-term strategic planning processes related to growth acceleration, category expansion and M&A as Senior Vice President of Strategy for Frito-Lay. Turner previously spent more than 13 years at McKinsey & Company, one of the world’s largest strategic management consulting firms, where he served as a Partner in the firm’s Dallas office. During his time at the firm, he led the Service Operations practice in North America, the Restaurant Service Line and the Retail Operations team – over time serving clients in the retail, restaurant, consumer packaged goods, airline, high-tech and media industries. He holds an MBA from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Arkansas.
Chief Transformation and People Officer

Tracy Skeans is the Chief Transformation and People Officer of Yum! Brands Inc., (NYSE: YUM) and reports to the YUM CEO. She leads business transformation and global people capability strategies to build powerful brands and fuel sustainable results around the world. A key area of focus is guiding and accelerating enterprise-wide transformation, developing the right capabilities, culture, business models and technology to fuel same-store sales and net new unit growth. Skeans oversees the transformation strategy, human resources, global equity and inclusion, food safety and communications and public affairs functions. Skeans has a strong track record of business leadership since joining the company in 2000. Prior to assuming her current position, she was President of Pizza Hut International, which at the time was a business of more than 5,900 restaurants across more than 85 countries. In 2013, as Chief People Officer, Pizza Hut, Skeans was one of the key architects of the strategy and structure to separate Yum! Restaurants International into the global brand divisions of KFC and Pizza Hut. Before leading HR, Skeans spent the first half of her career in Finance roles including strategic planning, asset development and accounting at Pizza Hut. Prior to Yum!, Skeans worked in an international treasury role at Union Switch & Signal, a leading global developer of equipment for light rail systems and as a senior auditor with Price Waterhouse LLP. Skeans holds an MBA in Finance from the Katz School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and a BS in accounting from Lehigh University.
Chief Equity and Inclusion Officer

James Fripp is the Chief Equity and Inclusion Officer of Yum! Brands and reports to the Yum! Brands CEO. In this role, Fripp, working with executives across Yum! Brands, KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and The Habit Burger Grill, has global responsibility for advancing diversity, equity and inclusion strategies and practices across the company’s brands, workplaces and franchise system. Building on Yum! Brands’ years of progress on its diversity and inclusion journey, Fripp is focused on increasing diverse representation among company leadership, franchisees and suppliers and continuing the rollout of inclusive leadership and anti-racism training across the company and franchise system. Since 2011, Fripp has led diversity and inclusion efforts, where he elevated Yum! Brands’ public commitments and partnerships including the CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion, The Consortium and We Are All Human’s The Hispanic Promise; activated the company’s Employee Resource Groups in Louisville, Plano and Irvine; Co-Chairs Yum!’s Leading Inclusion for Today & Tomorrow (LIFT2) Council; and trained thousands of brand and franchise leaders around the world on the topics of Inclusive Leadership and Unconscious Bias. Previously, Fripp was at Taco Bell in various leadership positions in operations, restaurant excellence, ending his career with the brand as head of Field Human Resources. Fripp is a member of the Clemson University Corporate CDO Advisory Board, Chair of the Corporate Advisory Board for the Multicultural Foodservice and Hospitality Alliance. He is also a member of University of North Carolina Corporate Advisory Board on Diversity & Inclusion and a member of the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation Board. He holds a Degree in Business Management and is a certified Unconscious Bias facilitator.
Chief Legal & Franchise Officer & Corporate Secretary

Scott Catlett is the Chief Legal & Franchise Officer & Corporate Secretary of Yum! Brands, Inc. and reports to the Yum! Brands CEO. In this role, he oversees all of Yum!’s legal and franchise activities globally. Prior to his current role, Catlett served as General Counsel of Yum! Brands, Inc. since July 1, 2018, and before that he served as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel, overseeing all legal aspects of key strategic initiatives, domestic and international financings, domestic restaurant dispositions, investigations, financial disclosure issues, SEC and IRS matters, major litigation and matters relating to the Board of Directors. In addition, Catlett played a lead role in the 2016 spinoff of Yum China Holdings, Inc. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, the largest purchasing cooperative in the quick-service restaurant industry. Prior to joining Yum! in 2007, Catlett practiced law at Frost Brown Todd in Kentucky and Milbank Tweed in New York. He earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and his B.A. from Transylvania University. He is admitted to practice law in both Kentucky and New York.
Chief Executive Officer
Tony Lowings became Chief Executive Officer of KFC Global in January 2019 and reports directly to the Yum! Brands CEO. In this role, he leads a more than $23B business that includes more than 22,000 restaurants in more than 135 countries. He previously served as President and Chief Operations Officer for KFC Global where he oversaw global operational strategy for all KFC markets. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of Asia-Pacific, a high-growth region for the brand representing 23 markets and comprising more than 50 percent of all KFC Division restaurants. He previously served as Managing Director of KFC SOPAC (Australia and New Zealand) where he was instrumental in growing the business and establishing KFC as one of the region’s most distinctive and unique brands. Lowings’ career at the Company includes roles as Chief Operations Officer of Yum! Restaurants International, Managing Director of Latin America and the Caribbean for KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell and General Manager of KFC and Pizza Hut in Australia and New Zealand. In 2014, Lowings was honored with the highly esteemed CEO of the Year Award by the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI). Prior to joining Yum!, he worked with a number of organizations in Australia and South Africa across consulting and financial management positions, including Deloitte’s, BOC and Lend Lease. Lowings has a degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA.
Chief Executive Officer
Artie Starrs serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Pizza Hut Division, reporting directly to the Yum! Brands CEO. In this role, Starrs is responsible for driving Pizza Hut’s global growth strategies, franchise operations and performance. Prior to this, Starrs served as President of Pizza Hut U.S. with responsibility for the pizza restaurant company’s overall strategic vision and planning, including all aspects of the business, culture and people capability. Starrs retains direct leadership of Pizza Hut in the U.S. as part of his global responsibilities as Pizza Hut Division CEO. He previously served as General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of Pizza Hut U.S., where he led the development and implementation of the brand’s current strategic roadmap. A proven growth mindset leader, Starrs has a passion for the customer experience and has established a well-deserved reputation for delivering results. Before joining Pizza Hut, Starrs served as Chief Financial Officer of Rave Cinemas. There, his strategic vision and optimization of the company’s capital structure and key operating initiatives led to the successful equity buyout of the company in 2009 and ultimate sale to Cinemark in 2013. He also previously spent several years with investment bank Wasserstein Perella & Co./Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. He received an A.B. degree in Economics from Princeton University.
President Pizza Hut International
Vipul Chawla became President of Pizza Hut International in December 2018 and reports directly to Pizza Hut Division Chief Executive Officer Artie Starrs. In this role, he is responsible for driving the brand strategy and performance of Pizza Hut’s international business outside the U.S. Previously, he served as Managing Director of Pizza Hut Asia-Pacific where he led Pizza Hut’s largest business outside the U.S. in terms of units, spanning nearly 5,000 franchise restaurants across 16 markets. He previously served as General Manager of Pizza Hut Asia as well as Chief Marketing Officer of KFC Asia, where he elevated KFC’s brand positioning and accelerated its growth across the region. Chawla joined Yum! in 2011 after spending 20 years with Unilever serving in various brand and leadership roles in Asia, and globally, having lived in India, the United Kingdom and Singapore. In 2013, Chawla was named one of the 50 leading marketers in Asia by the Internationalist. Chawla has a graduate degree in Commerce and a Master’s Degree in Management Studies from Bombay University.

Mark King serves as Chief Executive Officer of Taco Bell Corp., reporting directly to the Yum! Brands CEO. In this role, he is responsible for the global growth strategy, franchise operations and performance of Taco Bell Corp. Before joining Yum!, King served as President, adidas Group North America, before he decided to step down in 2018 and conclude an exceptional career with adidas as Executive Emeritus. Under King’s leadership the previous four years, adidas became the fastest-growing sports brand in North America, increasing sales by 35 percent in 2017, doubling its market share and regaining the No. 2 position in the U.S. From 2003 to 2014, King was CEO of TaylorMade-adidas Golf, a division that became the leading and most profitable golf company in the world. King has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Julie Felss Masino
President Taco Bell International
Julie Felss Masino became President, Taco Bell International, in January 2020, and reports directly to Taco Bell Corp. Chief Executive Officer Mark King. She is responsible for the strategy around accelerating Taco Bell’s global growth in key markets. Previously, Masino served as President, Taco Bell North America, where she was responsible for ensuring the brand delivered same-store sales growth with breakthrough innovation, new store development and a frictionless customer experience through digital and technology initiatives. Masino joined Taco Bell from Mattel Inc. where she was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Fisher Price division. Prior to that, she led Sprinkles Cupcakes as CEO, and has extensive restaurant and food industry experience including 13 years in senior leadership roles at Starbucks. She also has deep brand marketing experience in the retail sector, including Godiva Chocolatier, Macy’s, J. Crew Group Inc., and Coach Inc. Masino earned her degree in Communications from Miami University.

The Habit Burger Grill
Russ Bendel serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of The Habit Burger Grill, reporting directly to the Yum! Brands Chief Executive Officer. In this role, he is responsible for driving the growth strategy with a strong focus on franchising and performance of The Habit Burger Grill. Bendel joined The Habit in 2008 and by 2019 grew the brand from 16 to 281 restaurants including 10 food trucks. In addition to unit growth, he led a major brand transformation of introducing drive-thrus and various digital order channels to meeting growing needs for convenience. Under Bendel’s leadership and relentless attention to operations, the brand excelled and was awarded The Best Burger in America from Consumer Reports in 2014 and the Best Regional Fast Food Chain award by USA Today Readers’ Choice 2019. Prior to joining The Habit, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of The Cheesecake Factory. Bendel’s accomplished and distinguished career also includes tenures as President and Chief Executive of Mimi’s Café, President of Roy’s Restaurants, Franchise Partner of Outback Steakhouse in California, and Chief Operating Officer of El Torito Restaurants and Panda Express. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. Bendel is on the Board of Advisors for the Collins School of Hospitality Management, at California State Polytechnic University. He is also a Director Emeritus for the California Restaurant Association and served as its Chairman in 2009-2010. In 2012, Bendel was recognized with the Elizabeth Burns Lifetime Achievement Award in Los Angeles, California.
Chief Digital and Technology Officer

Clay Johnson serves as Yum! Brands Chief Digital and Technology Officer, reporting to the Yum! Brands Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Johnson oversees the Company’s global technology strategy, partnering with the KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell divisions to ensure the Company provides a best-in-class digital journey across mobile, online, delivery and restaurant operations. He leads a coordinated, cross-brand effort to accelerate the Company’s digital commerce strategy, use of data and advanced analytics and emerging technologies to enhance the customer and employee experience. As the chair of the Global Technology Leadership Team, Johnson works closely with each global brand division technology chief who reports to his or her respective executive leader. In addition, Yum! Brands’ global technology risk management and IT shared services teams reports to Johnson. Previously, Johnson served as Executive Vice President and Enterprise Chief Information Officer for Walmart, where he was responsible for leading the Company's enterprise information technology strategy, services, operations and cyber security. Prior to Walmart, Johnson served as Chief Information Officer at General Electric (GE) Power where he had end-to-end responsibility for information technology, cyber security, data and digital transformation. Johnson also previously held leadership roles at The Boeing Company and Dell. He started his career at FedEx as a software engineer and served five years in the United States Coast Guard, where he held numerous leadership positions. He holds an MBA and a bachelor's degree in computer science engineering from the University of Texas.

David Russell is Senior Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller of Yum! Brands, Inc., a role he has held since December 2011. He served as interim Chief Financial Officer of Yum! Jerilan Greene is the Global Chief Communications and Public Affairs Officer of Yum! Brands, Inc. and Chairman and CEO of the Yum! Foundation. She leads the company’s global reputation-building and oversees global communications, government affairs and the company’s citizenship and sustainability strategies. Jerilan chairs Yum!’s Recipe for Good council for environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues, and facilitates cross-brand efforts to unlock opportunity for frontline restaurant employees and communities through equity and inclusion, education and entrepreneurship. From 2017 to 2019, Yum! Brands was named to the Dow Jones Sustainability North America Index and ranked among the top 100 Best Corporate Citizens by Corporate Responsibility Magazine. Greene joined Yum! in 2011 as a Vice President, Communications, and has a career track record of leading large-scale, international transformation through strategic, integrated communications and public engagement. 2016 was a landmark year for Yum! Brands, as it successfully completed the spinoff of its China business as an independent, publicly traded growth company. Greene was the central communications and messaging architect for this milestone transaction and for the articulation and launch of a multi-year strategy to transform Yum! into a capital-light, pure play franchisor. Prior to Yum! Brands, she was Executive Vice President at global communications marketing firm Edelman. She has also held leadership positions at Deloitte, Burson-Marsteller and Willis Towers Watson. Page Society, Greene is a two-time graduate of Northwestern University with a Master’s in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science from the School of Communication.
Vice President, Investor Relations, M&A and Treasurer

Keith Siegner is Vice President, Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy and Treasurer. In this role, his responsibilities also include leading the risk management and mergers and acquisitions teams. Prior to joining Yum! in 2016, Keith was an Executive Director in securities research at UBS Securities, LLC, where he analyzed and published investment advice for restaurant companies with a combined market capitalization of $300 billion, including YUM. He also spent over 12 years at Credit Suisse Securities USA, LLC, on teams covering the environmental services and specialty chemicals sectors before assuming lead coverage of the restaurant sector in 2007. Earlier in his career, Keith worked in the international tax consulting services practice of Arthur Andersen LLP. He received both bachelor’s and master’s accounting degrees from Wake Forest University.
