What is your hybrid work policy?
Where an employee works is a conversation between an employee and their coach.
For some employees, in today’s flexible work environment, the Restaurant Support Center will remain their principal place to work, and they will adopt a schedule that allows them to work both at the office and at home from time-to-time. For some of those employees, working in-office may be several days a week; for others it may be less frequent but still routine.
And other employees may want to explore a fully remote working arrangement with their coach’s guidance and approval, where their principal place of work is their home and time in the office is rare or limited.
Can I tour your office, even if I don’t have an interview?
While we don’t offer office tours, the doors to the Colonel Sanders Museum are open during business hours at our Louisville, Kentucky Restaurant Support Center. There, you can explore the rich history of Kentucky Fried Chicken and its founder, Harland Sanders.
