As a company with “believe in all people” as one of our core values, we believe that collaboration, connection, celebration and creation best occur in person. That’s why the majority of our employees utilize a hybrid work schedule, working on our campuses three days a week (Tuesdays thru Thursdays), while enjoying the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Some roles on specific teams are designated as permanent remote.

What is your hybrid work policy?
For most employees*, the Restaurant Support Center will remain their principal place to work, three days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. We also offer an additional four week increments of remote work.
*Some roles on some teams may be designated permanent remote.
