Susan Doniz

Susan Doniz is the Chief Information and Data Officer of The Walt Disney Company where she leads Disney’s global technology, data and digital strategy, driving innovation and efficiency across the company’s operations. Formerly the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Information Technology & Data Analytics of The Boeing Company, a leading global aerospace company, Doniz oversaw all aspects of information technology, enterprise security, data and analytics and supported the growth of Boeing’s business through IT and analytics-related revenue generating programs. She was also a member of the company’s Executive Council. Before joining Boeing in 2020, Doniz was the Group CIO of Qantas Airways and, prior to that, served in digital transformation and IT leadership roles at SAP and Aimia. She also spent 17 years at Procter & Gamble leading IT and analytics programs in support of sales, research and development and the supply chain. Doniz is an adviser to the Center for Digital Transformation at the University of California, Irvine, Paul Merage School of Business; served as Vice Chair of the Digital Transformation Advisory Council of the International Air Transport Association; and as a board member of multiple nonprofit organizations. In 2022, the Association of Latino Professionals For America named Doniz to its list of Most Powerful Latinas. She is an honors graduate of the University of Toronto with a bachelor’s degree in applied science and engineering and studied post graduate in industrial engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology.
