P. Justin Skala

P. Justin Skala is Chief Executive Officer of ZO Skin Health, a premium clinical dermatological skincare brand, a position he has held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Mr. Skala previously served as Executive Chairman of Standard Industries Building Solutions Group and also previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Growth & Strategy Officer for Colgate-Palmolive Company (NYSE: CL), where he was responsible for the company’s commercial growth activities, including sustainability efforts and global marketing. Mr. Skala spent 37 years at Colgate-Palmolive, having worked in every region of Colgate (North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, Africa, India and Russia), and in every one of its product sectors (oral care, personal care, home care and pet food). Prior to this, he served as Chief Operating Officer, North America, Europe, Africa/Eurasia and Global Sustainability. He also served as President of the company’s largest divisions, including North America, Latin America, Greater Asia and Hill’s Pet Nutrition, North America and held a number of general management, marketing and sales roles around the world. Mr. Skala holds a BA from Northwestern University and the Institut d’Etudes Politiques (Paris) and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
