Tanya Domier
Director since 2018 | Former Chief Executive Officer, Advantage Solutions
Ms. Domier is the former Chief Executive Officer of Advantage Solutions, a leading North American provider of outsourced sales, marketing and business solutions to consumer goods manufacturers and retailers. In April 2023, Ms. Domier retired as Chairman of the Board of Advantage Solutions and founded an advisory services company focused on private equity portfolio companies. She served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Advantage Solutions from 2010–2013 and, under her leadership, the company developed digital technology solutions to help support brands and retailers in addressing challenges faced in today’s omni-channel world. Ms. Domier joined Advantage Solutions in 1990 from The J.M. Smucker Company and has held a variety of executive-level positions in sales, operations and marketing. Ms. Domier is also a member of the Board of Directors of Enactus, an international nonprofit organization promoting entrepreneurship for college students. She previously served on the Board of Directors of Nordstrom, Inc.
