Habit Burger & Grill visits Bracken's Kitchen Inc.

The Habit Burger & Grill Community Impact team recently visited Bracken's Kitchen Inc., a nonprofit fighting food insecurity in the California community. From prepping fresh ingredients to packaging meals, the team witnessed firsthand how Bracken's Kitchen delivers thousands of nutritious meals daily to those in need. Beyond meal service, they're also empowering the next generation through culinary training programs for young adults. 

A Habit Burger & Grill employee is prepping and seasoning chicken that will eventually be cooked, packaged and handed out to members across the Orange County community. 

The Habit Burger & Grill team started their day by prepping a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables and meats. This involved chopping vegetables, peeling carrots and slicing tomatoes, all essential steps to ensure the meals were ready to be cooked.

The Habit Burger & Grill got hands-on in the kitchen! They put together entrées with a garnish and a sauce, alongside a vegetable and a carb, all while paying close attention to the taste and quality of the meals.
