KFC is trying to stage what it calls a “Kentucky Fried Comeback” after slipping behind rivals in the Chicken Wars. In an interview with Business Insider, Catherine Tan-Gillespie, president of KFC US, acknowledged the brand had “lost a bit of ground” but emphasized that it hadn’t lost its grit.
