Keeping with our people-first approach, the ongoing health and safety of our customers and team members remains our top priority as the pandemic continues to impact communities we serve. In addition to continuing to reinforce our already strict sanitation, handwashing, and health and wellness policies for our employees, we implemented the following measures to keep our customers and team members safe. Update: KFC restaurants to offer drive-thru, carryout, and delivery services only

(March 18, 2020) Starting Thursday, March 19, 2020, our restaurants across the U.S. will offer drive-thru, carryout, and delivery services only. Our dining rooms remain open for to-go/carryout only. You can order at the front counter and take your food to go, or you can order online at KFC.com and pick up your meal at the designated area at the front counter. If you don’t want leave your car, our drive thrus will continue to service you, too.

KFC Implements Additional Health and Safety Measures in U.S. Restaurants
