Mirian M. Graddick-Weir

Mirian M. Graddick-Weir has served on the Yum! Brands Board of Directors since 2012. Ms. Graddick-Weir served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Merck & Co., Inc., a pharmaceutical company, from 2008 to 2018. From 2006 until 2008, she was Senior Vice President of Human Resources of Merck & Co., Inc. Prior to this position, she served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Employee Communications of AT&T Corp from 2004 to 2006. Ms. Graddick-Weir served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources of AT&T Corp. from 1999 to 2004 and held various executive positions throughout her career with AT&T, which began in 1981.
Graddick-Weir is also a member of the Board of Booking Holdings, parent company of Booking.com. She serves on the Foundation Board of the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is a Senior Advisor to the Jersey Battered Women’s Services organization. She previously served as a Director of Harleysville Group from 2000 to 2012.
