Our BERGs provide a safe space for learning and understanding and are communities for multicultural, LGBTQ+, women, veterans, young professional and parent team members who come together in these groups as friends and allies. Serving Up Good

Our Yum! Brands employees are extremely generous with their time and talents, and we believe in the power of giving back. That is why our corporate employees in the U.S. receive two paid volunteer days off each year just to give back to the organizations they care about most! They also receive matching gift and rewards for monetary donations and volunteer time.

Since 1992, Yum! and our brand have contributed more than 213 million lbs. of food to more than 5,000 nonprofit organizations.
