KFC FOUNDATION MAKES KENTUCKY FRIED WISHES COME TRUE FOR 11 NON-PROFITS ACROSS THE COUNTRY

(September 14, 2021) To celebrate Colonel Sanders’ birthday on September 9, the KFC Foundation granted 11 local non-profit organizations a combined total of $110,000 in Kentucky Fried Wishes grants. The chosen organizations will each receive a $10,000 grant to make a project on their wish list come true.

Update: KFC restaurants to offer drive-thru, carryout, and delivery services only

(March 18, 2020) Starting Thursday, March 19, 2020, our restaurants across the U.S. will offer drive-thru, carryout, and delivery services only. Our dining rooms remain open for to-go/carryout only. You can order at the front counter and take your food to go, or you can order online at KFC.com and pick up your meal at the designated area at the front counter. If you don’t want leave your car, our drive thrus will continue to service you, too.

(May 26, 2021) Yum! Brands, Inc. (NYSE: YUM) and the University of Louisville today announced the launch of the Yum! Center for Global Franchise Excellence. The Center will feature the first business program of its kind at a public university to provide existing and potential franchisees multiple levels of online education focused on the franchising model across industries. KFC Employees Assemble Food For Thousands Of School Children

(November 3, 2021) The Louisville chapter of Blessings in a Backpack is a nonprofit providing meals for school children when they are not in class and for the first time since the pandemic KFC corporate employees are able to volunteer in person.

CASPER YOUTH HOMELESS SHELTER MIMI’S HOUSE AWARDED $10K ‘KENTUCKY FRIED WISHES’ GRANT

(September 13, 2021) Casper-based Mimi’s House, a homeless shelter serving youth in the community, announced on Friday that it had been awarded a $10,000 “Kentucky Fried Wishes” grant from the KFC Foundation.

Potsdam High School Positivity Club awarded $10,000 KFC grant

(September 13, 2021) The Positivity Club at Potsdam High School received a $10,000 grant from the Kentucky Fried Wishes Foundation on Thursday to help develop its community food market and purchase laptops for senior citizens.

Harvest Hope partners with Senior Resources to feed local seniors Thursday

(May 13, 2021) Thursday, Harvest Hope Food Bank and Senior Resources worked together to feed local seniors. The organizations gave out five-pound bags of chicken as well as bags containing 12 sandwich buns through a donation from KFC. The donation is valued at $30,000 and was facilitated through Meals on Wheels America.

KFC Potsdam, NY gives back to over 120 seniors in St. Lawrence County

(April 2, 2021) The KFC at 119 Maple St. Potsdam, NY, joined the KFC national goodwill efforts by giving back to seniors through Meals on Wheels in St. Lawrence County.

This great action is part of our last month's announcement of the KFC & Meals on Wheels America partnership to give 1 million chicken pieces to America's seniors. Each KFC restaurant will cook and donate our world-famous chicken to seniors in their communities across the country.
