Catherine Tan-Gillespie is the President of KFC U.S. A well-respected, transformational leader, Tan-Gillespie has extensive experience across operations, development and marketing and a proven track record for brand building and delivering high-impact results.
She joined KFC in 2015 as Chief Marketing Officer for the South Pacific region and later served as KFC Global CMO. Following that, she was the President and General Manager of KFC Canada, where her team and franchise partners transformed the business through restaurant upgrades, digital ordering enhancements, compelling value deals and award-winning advertising. Most recently, Catherine served as CMO and Chief Development Officer of KFC U.S.
She holds a bachelor's degree in business studies from the University of Plymouth in the U.K. and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
