2026 Food Safety & Quality Assurance Summit

More than 100 Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) leaders from around the world joined franchisee partners, cross-functional teams and industry collaborators for Yum!’s 2026 FSQA Summit. Guided by the theme Building Trust, Enabling Growth, the event fostered bold thinking, meaningful collaboration and stronger global alignment. Over three days, participants moved beyond sharing ideas to actively challenging, refining and advancing them. Together, they strengthened governance practices, reinforced systemwide alignment and deepened a culture of trust, accountability and ownership across the global network.
