Chief Executive Officer
Yum! Brands, Inc.
Greg Creed became Chief Executive Officer of Yum! Brands on January 1, 2015, and a Director of the Board in November 2014. He reports to the Company’s Non-Executive Chairman, Brian Cornell. Creed leads the Company’s overarching strategies, structure, people development and culture that will drive sales and profitability at all of its businesses worldwide. All YUM functional leaders report to Creed, a 20-year veteran with the Company. Creed has more than 30 years of extensive experience in marketing and operations with leading packaged goods and restaurant brands. Previously, Creed was head of Taco Bell, the nation’s leading Mexican-style quick service restaurant chain that is currently serving more than 40 million customers each week in more than 6,500 stores in the U.S. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Taco Bell in early 2011 after serving as President and Chief Concept Officer and was responsible for driving overall brand strategy and performance of the business in the U.S. and internationally. He has held various roles with the Company including Chief Marketing Officer at Taco Bell where he spearheaded the “Think Outside the Bun” campaign and new product introductions that generated strong sales and profit growth for five consecutive years, as well as Chief Operating Officer for Yum! where he created a people-focused leadership approach for global operations and led the strategic development for Taco Bell International. Creed earned a business degree from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in Brisbane, Australia, was named the 2014 QUT Alumnus of the Year and currently serves as President of the QUT Foundation. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Whirlpool Corporation. He is also a member of The Business Council and the American Society of Corporate Executives (ASCE).
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Scott Catlett became General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Yum! Brands, Inc. on July 1, 2018, and reports to the Yum! Brands CEO. In this role, he oversees all of Yum!’s legal activities globally. Prior to this role, Catlett served as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel, overseeing all legal aspects of key strategic initiatives, domestic and international financings, domestic restaurant dispositions, investigations, financial disclosure issues, SEC and IRS matters, major litigation and matters relating to the Board of Directors. In addition, Catlett played a lead role in the 2016 spinoff of Yum China Holdings, Inc. and the 2018 U.S. partnership with and investment in Grubhub, Inc. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, the largest purchasing cooperative in the quick-service restaurant industry. Prior to joining Yum! in 2007, Catlett practiced law at Frost Brown Todd in Kentucky and Milbank Tweed in New York. He earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and his B.A. from Transylvania University. He is admitted to practice law in both Kentucky and New York.
President, Pizza Hut International
Vipul Chawla became President of Pizza Hut International in December 2018 and reports directly to the Yum! Brands President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he is responsible for driving the brand strategy and performance of Pizza Hut’s international business outside the U.S. Previously, he served as Managing Director of Pizza Hut Asia-Pacific where he led Pizza Hut’s largest business outside the U.S. in terms of units, spanning nearly 5,000 franchise restaurants across 16 markets. He previously served as General Manager of Pizza Hut Asia as well as Chief Marketing Officer of KFC Asia, where he elevated KFC’s brand positioning and accelerated its growth across the region. Chawla joined Yum! in 2011 after spending 20 years with Unilever serving in various brand and leadership roles in Asia, and globally, having lived in India, the United Kingdom and Singapore. In 2013, Chawla was named one of the 50 leading marketers in Asia by the Internationalist. Chawla has a graduate degree in Commerce and a Master’s Degree in Management Studies from Bombay University.
President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer

David Gibbs is Yum! Brands President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, reporting to the Yum! Brands CEO. On January 28, 2019, Gibbs added Chief Operating Officer to his responsibilities as President and CFO, and assumed global operating leadership of the KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell divisions, with the respective leaders reporting to him. Additionally, Gibbs leads business, financial and operations strategies for the Company to deliver profitable growth and long-term shareholder value, and sets functional direction for finance, operations, supply chain, food safety and information technology functions. Previously, as Yum! Brands President and Chief Financial Officer from 2016 to 2019, Gibbs was the chief architect of Yum!’s financial, refranchising and restaurant development strategy to transform the company into a capital-light, pure play franchisor. A long-time Yum! veteran, Gibbs has deep experience in all three of the Company’s brands and a strong track record of brand-building leadership and results across global strategy, finance, general management, operations and real estate. Gibbs holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BS in Mathematical Science from Johns Hopkins University. Since March 2016, Gibbs has served as an independent director on the board of Sally Beauty Holdings, where he also serves on the Audit Committee.
Chief Executive Officer
Tony Lowings became Chief Executive Officer of KFC Global in January 2019 and reports directly to the Yum! Brands President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he leads a $23B business that includes more than 22,000 restaurants in more than 135 countries. He previously served as President and Chief Operations Officer for KFC Global where he oversaw global operational strategy for all KFC markets. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of Asia-Pacific, a high-growth region for the brand representing 23 markets and comprising more than 50 percent of all KFC Division restaurants. He previously served as Managing Director of KFC SOPAC (Australia and New Zealand) where he was instrumental in growing the business and establishing KFC as one of the region’s most distinctive and unique brands. Lowings’ career at the Company includes roles as Chief Operations Officer of Yum! Restaurants International, Managing Director of Latin America and the Caribbean for KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell and General Manager of KFC and Pizza Hut in Australia and New Zealand. In 2014, Lowings was honored with the highly esteemed CEO of the Year Award by the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI). Prior to joining Yum!, he worked with a number of organizations in Australia and South Africa across consulting and financial management positions, including Deloitte’s, BOC and Lend Lease. Lowings has a degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA.
Julie Felss Masino
President, Taco Bell North America
Julie Felss Masino became President, Taco Bell North America, in January 2018. Reporting to the Yum! Brands President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, she is responsible for ensuring the brand continues to deliver same-store sales growth with breakthrough innovation, new store development and a frictionless customer experience through digital and technology initiatives. In her role, she’ll continue Taco Bell’s strong partnership with its franchisees to deliver world-class operations. Masino joined Taco Bell from Mattel Inc. where she was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Fisher Price division. Prior to that, Masino led Sprinkles Cupcakes as CEO, and has extensive restaurant and food industry experience including 13 years in senior leadership roles at Starbucks. She also has deep brand marketing experience in the retail sector, including Godiva Chocolatier, Macy’s, J. Crew Group Inc., and Coach Inc. Masino earned her degree in Communications from Miami University.
Senior Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller
David Russell is Senior Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller of Yum! Brands, Inc., a role he has held since December 2011. He served as interim Chief Financial Officer of Yum! Brands from February 19, 2016 to May 1, 2016 as the Company pursued an internal and external search for a permanent Chief Financial Officer. David has over 20 years of finance and accounting experience. He has been with the Company for the past 16 years serving in various finance and accounting roles. Prior to his current role, David served as Vice President, Financial Planning and Controller-Designate. Previous positions at Yum! include Vice-President, Financial Planning, Vice-President and Assistant Controller and Senior Director, Finance.
Vice President, Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy and Treasurer

Keith Siegner is Vice President, Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy and Treasurer. In this role, his responsibilities also include leading the risk management and mergers and acquisitions teams. Prior to joining Yum! in 2016, Keith was an Executive Director in securities research at UBS Securities, LLC, where he analyzed and published investment advice for restaurant companies with a combined market capitalization of $300 billion, including YUM. He also spent over 12 years at Credit Suisse Securities USA, LLC, on teams covering the environmental services and specialty chemicals sectors before assuming lead coverage of the restaurant sector in 2007. Earlier in his career, Keith worked in the international tax consulting services practice of Arthur Andersen LLP. He received both bachelor’s and master’s accounting degrees from Wake Forest University.
Chief Transformation and People Officer

Tracy Skeans is the Chief Transformation and People Officer of Yum! Brands Inc., (NYSE: YUM) and reports to the YUM CEO. She leads business transformation and global people capability strategies to build powerful brands and fuel sustainable results around the world. A key area of focus is guiding and accelerating enterprise-wide transformation, developing the right capabilities, culture, business models and technology to fuel same-store sales and net new unit growth. Skeans oversees the transformation strategy, human resources, and communications and public affairs functions. Skeans has a strong track record of business leadership since joining the company in 2000. Prior to assuming her current position, she was President of Pizza Hut International, a business of more than 5,900 restaurants across more than 85 countries. In 2013, as Chief People Officer, Pizza Hut, Skeans was one of the key architects of the strategy and structure to separate Yum! Restaurants International into the global brand divisions of KFC and Pizza Hut. Before leading HR, Skeans spent the first half of her career in Finance roles including strategic planning, asset development and accounting at Pizza Hut. Prior to Yum!, Skeans worked in an international treasury role at Union Switch & Signal, a leading global developer of equipment for light rail systems and as a senior auditor with Price Waterhouse LLP. Skeans holds an MBA in Finance from the Katz School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and a BS in accounting from Lehigh University.
President, Pizza Hut U.S
Artie Starrs became President of Pizza Hut U.S. in April 2016 and reports directly to the Yum! Brands President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Artie is responsible for the pizza restaurant company’s overall strategic vision and planning, including all aspects of the business, culture & people capability. Prior to his role as President, Artie served as General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of Pizza Hut U.S., where he led the development and implementation of the brand’s current strategic roadmap. A proven growth mindset leader, Artie has a passion for the customer experience and has established a well-deserved reputation for delivering results, no matter the challenge. Before joining Pizza Hut, Artie served as Chief Financial Officer of Rave Cinemas. There, his strategic vision and optimization of the company’s capital structure and key operating initiatives led to the successful equity buyout of the company in 2009 and ultimate sale to Cinemark in 2013. Previously he spent several years with investment bank Wasserstein Perella & Co./Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. Artie received an A.B. degree in Economics from Princeton University.
President, Taco Bell International
Liz Williams is the President of Taco Bell International, reporting to the President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. She is responsible for the brand strategy and performance of the International business. Prior to this role, Williams was the Taco Bell CFO, where under her financial leadership, the brand delivered six years of industry-leading sales, profit and brand growth. She played a key role repositioning the Taco Bell brand from food as fuel, to food as experience, and launching the breakthrough Doritos Locos Tacos and Breakfast Platforms. Prior to this, Williams spent six years with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as Principal in the Consumer and Retail practices in U.S. and Asian markets. She also spent seven years at Dell Computer in various finance, brand marketing and corporate sales positions. She received her bachelor’s degree, with a major in marketing, from the University of Texas Business Honors Program and earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
