Chief Executive Officer
Yum! Brands, Inc.
Greg Creed became Chief Executive Officer of Yum! Brands on January 1, 2015 and a Director of the Board in November 2014. He reports to the Company’s Non-Executive Chairman, Bob Walter. Creed leads the Company’s overarching strategies, structure, people development and culture that will drive sales and profitability at all of its businesses worldwide. All YUM functional leaders and divisions report to Creed, a 20-year veteran with the Company. Creed has more than 30 years of extensive experience in marketing and operations with leading packaged goods and restaurant brands. Previously, Creed was head of Taco Bell, the nation’s leading Mexican-style quick service restaurant chain that is currently serving more than 40 million customers each week in more than 6,500 stores in the U.S. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Taco Bell in early 2011 after serving as President and Chief Concept Officer and was responsible for driving overall brand strategy and performance of the business in the U.S. and internationally. He has held various roles with the Company including Chief Marketing Officer at Taco Bell where he spearheaded the “Think Outside the Bun” campaign and new product introductions that generated strong sales and profit growth for five consecutive years, as well as Chief Operating Officer for Yum! where he created a people-focused leadership approach for global operations and led the strategic development for Taco Bell International.
Chief Executive Officer
Roger Eaton became CEO of the KFC Division on August 18, 2015, and reports directly to Yum! Brands’ CEO. In this role, he leads a $23B business that includes more than 20,000 restaurants in more than 125 countries. Eaton is a restaurant industry veteran with more than 20 years’ experience serving in a series of leadership positions for Yum!. Reporting to Eaton are the general managers of KFC markets around the world (including KFC U.S.) as well as leaders of KFC’s global functions. Previously, Eaton served as Chief Operations Officer for Yum! Brands, where he oversaw global food safety priorities, world-class operations and sustainability efforts for the Company from 2011 to 2015. In addition, he dually served as President of the KFC Division from 2014 to 2015, overseeing KFC’s business in the Middle East, Thailand, Asia FBU (Franchise Business Unit), Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean. Throughout his career with the Company he has held a number of leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer of KFC U.S., President of KFC Corporation (U.S.), Chief Operating and Development Officer for Yum! Brands and Senior Vice President/Managing Director of Yum! Restaurants International South Pacific (SOPAC). Earlier in his career, he was Regional Operations Director of KFC SOPAC, General Manager of KFC New Zealand and Finance Director of KFC SOPAC.
Vice President and Treasurer

Larry Gathof is Vice President and Treasurer for Yum! Brands, Inc. In this role, Larry leads the Treasury function including risk management and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Larry was Vice President of Corporate Planning and Mergers and Acquisitions. Larry has 17 years of finance experience with Yum! including roles in strategic planning, investor relations and shared services. Prior to joining Yum!, Larry held various finance roles with a Global consumers goods company with a primary focus in international planning and control.
President and Chief Financial Officer

David Gibbs became President and Chief Financial Officer of Yum! Brands Inc., on May 2, 2016, and reports to the Yum! Brands CEO. In this role, he leads business and financial strategies for the company to deliver profitable growth and long-term shareholder value, and sets direction for the finance, operations, supply chain and information technology functions. A long-time Yum! veteran, Gibbs has broad and deep experience in finance, global strategy and brand building. Previously, he was CEO of the global Pizza Hut division, the world’s largest pizza restaurant company with more than 16,000 restaurants in more than 100 countries outside China. Prior to Pizza Hut, he was President and CFO of Yum! Restaurants International, where he led the finance, information technology, supply chain and development functions for the Yum! Restaurants International division, had general management responsibility for several international markets and was responsible for growing KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell outside the U.S. and China. He has a strong track record as a CFO and in senior leadership roles in asset development, real estate, supply chain and information technology. Gibbs holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BS in Mathematical Science from Johns Hopkins University. Since March 2016, Gibbs has served as an independent director on the board of Sally Beauty Holdings, where he also serves on the Audit Committee.
General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Government Affairs Officer

Marc Kesselman became General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Government Affairs Officer of Yum! Brands (NYSE: YUM) on February 1, 2016. Reporting to the YUM! CEO, he oversees all of YUM’s legal activities. Kesselman joined YUM from Dean Foods where he held a similar role, and has a unique combination of expertise in global business, corporate law as well as food and agriculture policy and regulatory affairs. Previously, he was Senior Vice President & General Counsel at PepsiCo America’s Foods where he oversaw a wide variety of complex commercial, transactional, litigation, regulatory, and government affairs issues relating to PepsiCo’s food businesses in North and South America. Prior to joining PepsiCo, he served as General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), where he advised the Secretary of Agriculture and directed all legal activity for the Department. For the previous three years, he served as Deputy General Counsel in the White House Office of Management and Budget, where he handled a variety of regulatory, budgetary and legal policy matters. Marc also worked at the U.S. Department of Justice as Senior Counsel in the Office of Legal Policy and as a Trial Attorney in its Civil Division. His work there earned him the John Marshall Award, the Attorney General’s highest recognition for trial of litigation. He holds a JD in law from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Government from Cornell University.
Chief Executive Officer
Brian Niccol became CEO of the Taco Bell Division on January 1, 2015, and reports directly to Yum! Brands’ CEO, Greg Creed. In his new role, Niccol is responsible for driving overall brand strategy and performance of the business in the U.S. and internationally. He is accountable for Taco Bell’s 10-year goal to reach $15 billion system sales globally (and $14 billion domestically) by 2022 from $7 billion system sales domestically in 2012.
Niccol joined Taco Bell in 2011 and previously served as President of Taco Bell from 2013-2014, where under his leadership, Taco Bell successfully launched breakfast, the fastest growing daypart in the industry, as well as mobile ordering and payment. He also put a renewed focus on brand relevance through digital, social, mobile technology and a people-centric culture. Niccol was promoted to President in 2013 after repositioning the brand from food as fuel to food as experience in his role as Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer (CMIO). As CMIO, Niccol introduced the Live Más tagline, the breakthrough Doritos Locos Tacos, and fresh new products including the game-changing Cantina Power menu.
Prior to his positions at Taco Bell, he joined Pizza Hut in late 2005 as Vice President of Strategy. During his tenure at Pizza Hut, Niccol also served as CMO, where he led the brand strategy and positioning that achieved record transactions and market share and as General Manager for Pizza Hut, Inc., where he managed the brand and led an organization of nearly 16,000 people in more than 6,500 restaurants. Additionally, he opened a new digital/mobile access mode that generated over a half billion dollars in sales.
Before joining Pizza Hut, Niccol spent 10 years in various brand management positions at Procter & Gamble. Niccol holds an undergraduate degree from Miami University (OH) and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Niccol serves as Chairman of the Taco Bell Foundation for Teens and serves on the Board of Governors for the Boys & Girls Club of America.
President, Pizza Hut International
Milind Pant became President of Pizza Hut International in the Global Pizza Hut Division in 2015, and reports to Yum! Brands’ CEO. In this role, he is responsible for the oversight of the division’s international strategies and resources, with leadership responsibilities for the Pizza Hut BMUs throughout the world. Previously, Pant held the title of President and Chief Operating Officer of the China Division where he was responsible for leading all of Yum! China brands including KFC, Pizza Hut Dine In, Pizza Hut Delivery, East Dawning and Little Sheep. Prior to that, he was the Managing Director for Yum! Thailand where he led the Thai team to clear brand leadership with industry leading margins. Pant has 20 years of professional experience working with global companies. He worked for Unilever for over 15 years across several geographies and functions and in 2009, Pant was recognized as one of the Best Executives Under 40 by a leading Indian Business Magazine. Pant holds a Masters Degree in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, and a Masters of Management Studies from the Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences in India.
Vice President, Corporate Finance and Controller
David Russell is Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller of Yum! Brands, Inc., a role he has held since December 2011. He served as interim Chief Financial Officer of Yum! Brands from February 19, 2016 to May 1, 2016 as the Company pursued an internal and external search for a permanent Chief Financial Officer. David has over 20 years of finance and accounting experience. He has been with the Company for the past 16 years serving in various finance and accounting roles. Prior to his current role, David served as Vice President, Financial Planning and Controller-Designate. Previous positions at Yum! include Vice-President, Financial Planning, Vice-President and Assistant Controller and Senior Director, Finance.
Chief Transformation and People Officer

Tracy Skeans is the Chief Transformation and People Officer of Yum! Brands Inc., (NYSE: YUM) and reports to the YUM CEO. She leads business transformation and global people capability strategies to build powerful brands and fuel sustainable results around the world. A key area of focus is guiding and accelerating enterprise-wide transformation, developing the right mindset, capabilities, roadmap, repeatable models, stakeholder engagement and culture to fuel same-store sales and net new unit growth. Skeans oversees the strategy, human resources and corporate communications functions. Skeans has a strong track record of business leadership since joining the company in 2000. Prior to assuming her current position, she was President of Pizza Hut International, a business of more than 5,900 restaurants across more than 85 countries. In 2013, as Chief People Officer, Pizza Hut, Skeans was one of the key architects of the strategy and structure to separate Yum! Restaurants International into the global brand divisions of KFC and Pizza Hut. Before leading HR, Skeans spent the first half of her career in Finance roles including strategic planning, asset development and accounting at Pizza Hut. Prior to Yum!, Skeans worked in an international treasury role at Union Switch & Signal, a leading global developer of equipment for light rail systems and as a senior auditor with Price Waterhouse LLP. Skeans holds an MBA in Finance from the Katz School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and a BS in accounting from Lehigh University.
President, Pizza Hut U.S
Artie Starrs became President of Pizza Hut U.S. in April 2016, reporting directly to Yum! Brands’ CEO. In this role, Artie is responsible for the pizza restaurant company’s overall strategic vision and planning, including all aspects of the business, culture & people capability. Prior to his role as President, Artie served as General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of Pizza Hut U.S., where he led the development and implementation of the brand’s current strategic roadmap. A proven growth mindset leader, Artie has a passion for the customer experience and has established a well-deserved reputation for delivering results, no matter the challenge. Before joining Pizza Hut, Artie served as Chief Financial Officer of Rave Cinemas. There, his strategic vision and optimization of the company’s capital structure and key operating initiatives led to the successful equity buyout of the company in 2009 and ultimate sale to Cinemark in 2013. Previously he spent several years with investment bank Wasserstein Perella & Co./Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. Artie received an A.B. degree in Economics from Princeton University.
