LONG JOHN SILVER'S DONATES ADDITIONAL $25,000 TO AID AFRICAN-AMERICAN STUDENTS; YEAR-TO-DATE DONATION IS $50,000

LOUISVILLE, KY (July 12, 2004) - Long John Silver's Human Resources Manager Pamela Seats recently presented a $25,000 check to the Tom Joyner Foundation, which supports African-American college students.

The check brings the total Long John Silver's donation for 2004 to $50,000, based on sales of the Tom Joyner Platter at LJS restaurants. The check was presented on July 2 at a Tom Joyner "Sky Show" in New Orleans.
