Inclusion is critical to the Yum! culture and ensures that we authentically engage, serve and support our associates, customers and communities. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) continue to play a key role in driving our culture by providing networking, mentoring, educational workshops and leadership development opportunities across our system and the communities in which we do business.

  • Generation 2 (g2) develops and connects young professionals throughout the Yum! family and their communities.
  • Women in Networking (WIN) supports its members by building know how, creating a community, leveraging cross-functional knowledge, identifying and addressing barriers to growth, and cheering all achievements. Quarterly events provide opportunities for development and learning.
  • Yum! Era (engage, retain, attract) advocates for the advancement of inclusion in the workplace by providing cultural awareness education, connecting members with leadership, sharing consumer insights and growing talent and leaders within the company. Yum! Era drives organizational engagement, shares exciting learning opportunities for members to grow personally and professionally, and helps members make a difference at work AND in their communities.
  • Yum! Pride Network (YPN) serves to engage and support our lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees. YPN accomplishes this by communicating with employees, organizing events for members and attracting great LGBT talent. This ERG is both a champion for LGBT visibility within the organization and a tangible resource for members. YPN also welcomes the support and membership of allies.
